| FMC participates in the Staged Diabetes Management program (SDM), which advocates a standard and proven care process for diabetics. We believe care is optimized when providers treat patients in a consistent, evidence-based manner. Nurse educators and dietitians are available in the clinic as well to assist our patients in learning about and living with their diabetes. |
